METYCLE is from the first minute a global remote team
METYCLE is digitizing the international trade of secondary metals. And as international our business footprint, is our team. Right from the start it was Rafael based in Beijing and Sebastian based in Cologne. Now, as the team is growing we have continued in that exact remote setup.
However, we are forming a team. Sharing a core set of values and a clear understanding of our vision, mission and short term objectives is critical part of any team forming. It is equally important to build personal rapport, a base for trust and a base to openly share ideas and eventually mistakes made. And that is precisely what we did this week.
Everyone is happy that we had a good portion of our team based in Germany meeting face to face in our office in Cologne. For work, for alignment and eventually a good time to get to know each other.
